Orders will normally be dispatched within 24hrs or immediately after cheque clearance.

UK Returns Policy.

To comply with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulation 2000 & The Electronic Commerce Directive Regulations 2002 as applicable to ‘Sealed Software’.

Please make sure that the product specifications suit your requirements before ordering.

You have the right to cancel the ordered goods within 7 working days of delivery providing they remain unopened.

Due to the nature of the goods (Sealed Software), a refund cannot be given once the product has been opened unless the goods are faulty. Faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded.

Notification of cancellation should be made in writing. The customer is responsible for returning the goods in good condition and the cost of return postage.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
